Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you use Kervox, including browsing the store, creating an account and buying digital products, with or without an account. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You don't need an account to browse. If you create one, use a valid email address, keep your password private and tell us through the Support page if you think someone else has used your account.

You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud.

We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but they can change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, which we check again on our server when you place the order. Prices are charged in USD; prices shown in another currency are estimates.

You can order with an account or as a guest with your email address. One order can hold up to 5 items, and you'll review the products, quantities and total before you pay.

Payment is made in cryptocurrency, sent directly to the Kervox wallet for the coin and network you choose. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, before the payment expires. An order is confirmed only after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. A payment sent on the wrong network, in another coin, or after the payment window ended may not be recoverable automatically; contact support with your order ID.

Any region, platform or eligibility requirements listed on a product page apply to that product. Please check them before you buy.

Products are delivered digitally and by hand once your payment is confirmed: in the private order chat on your order page or, for Kervox's own products bought as a guest, by claiming them on our Discord server with your order ID. Once you receive a code or account details, keep them private: anyone who has them may be able to use them.

After delivery, check what you received and confirm the order. If you don't confirm it or report a problem within 48 hours of delivery, the order is confirmed automatically.

Digital products can often be used straight away. If something is wrong with your order, open a dispute from your order page before you confirm the order, within 48 hours of delivery. For an order claimed on Discord, tell our team in your Discord ticket or through the Support page within the same time.

Our team reviews every dispute and the evidence provided, then decides it in favour of the buyer or the seller. While a dispute is open, the order is not confirmed automatically. A refund is recorded only once our payment provider confirms it has been made.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

• Don't use the site for fraud or to pay with details that aren't yours.
• Don't resell products obtained through fraud or against a platform's rules.
• Don't interfere with the site's security or availability.
• Don't collect data from the site with automated tools without permission.

Product and brand names such as Netflix, Discord, Valorant and EA SPORTS FC belong to their respective owners. Unless we say otherwise, Kervox is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove parts of the site, such as categories or listings, at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
